Recovery from burnout is not the same as resolving it.
According to an article in Australasian Lawyer, 73% of lawyers surveyed fear burnout. And that wasn't even the highest figure I found; three-quarters of social workers appear to suffer burnout. These are troubling statistics that don't have to remain the case. One commonly held erroneous belief is that recovery from burnout equates to resolution.
